Post-Nuptial Agreements

A Post-Nuptial agreement is between you and your current spouse.  In it you can provide for the availability or distribution of your assets between you and your spouse, and provisions for your children, in the event that the marriage ends prematurely. There are many reasons to have a post-nuptial agreement.  This can include a change in financial circumstances and a desire to protect the assets of your marriage from one spouse’s creditors.  It may be that you are simply being diligent, acknowledging that relationship breakdowns are possible, and providing for your loved ones now by agreeing how you will handle your affairs should your relationship ever become irreconcilable.

If you would like to discuss a prenuptial agreement, schedule an initial consult today, or call us today to speak to an attorney.
