Attorney Livolsi is a skilled and experienced litigator and counselor, and has represented and advised personal, business, and public entity clients throughout the State of New York and throughout the U.S. Mr. Livolsi began his career working with several litigation-focused law firms, and served as Sr. Corporate Counsel to TrueBlue, Inc., a global, publicly traded company. He has also managed the Labor Relations office for one of the ten largest NYS agencies. Dedicated to client satisfaction, our clients often refer to Mr. Livolsi as "an attorney who makes house calls".
Michael is a member of the Westchester and Albany County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is also a proud member of The Business Council of Westchester. Michael received his juris doctor degree from Albany Law School after receiving his undergraduate degree at Houghton College.
Maxine Lynn Barasch is a talented attorney at Dreamweaver Law, PLLC. She has spent more than 15 years assisting companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations secure, from government agencies, broad, strong, and defensible protection for the intellectual property that is at the heart of their businesses. In addition, she represents clients in negotiations and transactional matters, including licensing, manufacturing and development agreements, employment agreements, collaboration agreements, and litigation.
Maxine has a passion for working with start-ups and small businesses. She was an advisor for business incubators, including 1871 in Chicago and NY BizLab in Schenectady, NY. Further her work has been profiled in The American Lawyer magazine, and Corporate Counsel Magazine. She has also been tapped as for commentary by Intellectual Property Magazine.
